1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and business information. When you add customers to RepBoost, we collect customer names and phone numbers solely to send automated SMS messages on your behalf. We also collect usage data such as the number of texts sent and booking records.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and maintain your RepBoost account
- Send automated SMS messages to your customers on your behalf
- Process payments through Stripe
- Send you service-related emails (account updates, billing)
- Improve and develop the RepBoost platform
3. SMS Messaging
RepBoost sends SMS messages to your customers via Twilio on your behalf. By adding a customer's phone number, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from that customer to receive automated text messages related to their appointment. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. We share information only with the following service providers necessary to operate RepBoost:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Customer records and booking history are stored for the lifetime of your account. If you close your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure third-party authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can cancel your account from the billing settings page.
