1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RepBoost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of RepBoost.

2. Description of Service

RepBoost is a SaaS platform that automates SMS communications with your customers, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and Google review requests. We transmit messages via Twilio on your behalf.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only add phone numbers of customers who have consented to receive SMS messages from your business
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding commercial SMS messaging (including CASL in Canada and TCPA in the USA)
  • Not use RepBoost to send spam, harassing messages, or illegal content
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Provide accurate business information

4. Billing and Subscriptions

RepBoost operates on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. No refunds are provided for partial months, except where required by law. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment if you are unsatisfied.

5. SMS Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance. Unused texts may roll over for up to three months. We do not guarantee SMS delivery as delivery depends on carrier networks and recipient availability. RepBoost is not liable for undelivered messages.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RepBoost to send unsolicited messages, engage in harassment, violate any law, impersonate another business, or interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

RepBoost is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of RepBoost after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
